Change Agent

Facilitating a change process in teams and organisations often requires the support of an external change agent. An experienced ZAS Consulting facilitator will design, facilitate and assess the change process in partnership with the client. Our default process is most often strongly aligned with the four stage model utilized by Appreciative Inquiry advocates. The ZAS Consulting Change Agent will act as a facilitator, advocate, manager, mediator, adviser, researcher, trainer and coach to support the client organisation/team to bring about the change they require.

Performance improvement in any aspect of work, be it production, quality, efficiency, safety or sport, is best preceded by the establishment of baseline measures followed by formative and summative measurement over time. It is our belief that sustainable changes in Enabling Factors such as mindsets, behaviours (habits), culture and systems bring sustainable performance improvement - all of these can be measured. ZAS Consulting provides a variety of measurement options depending on requirements of the project. This includes overview options such as a combination of interviews, focus groups and behaviour observations and can extend to more formal evaluations of all enabling factors.
